How To Be a More Positive (+) Person


Choosing positivity isn't about being positive all the time, it's about an awareness that in all situations (even painful ones) can be temporary. 

All situations have lessons within them, focus on the lesson.

The more we choose to see the good in who we are + the good in what we experience, the more we open ourselves up to transformation. 

With practice we can begin to rewire our thinking towards more positive ways (that are actually more realistic). 

The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts. 

The world gives to the Givers and takes to the Takers.

How to become more positive (+): 
.spend time with positive thinkers 
.every day find small moments of gratitude 
.go for a walk in nature 
.learn to pause and breathe 
.witness how you speak about people, life, yourself to others (realise that your opinion of the world is also a confession of your character)
